The SCBZ18-12500/35 is a three-phase, two-winding dry-type power transformer with epoxy resin casting and an on-load tap changer, rated at 12500kVA and 35kV on the high-voltage side, with a low-voltage side of 10.5kV (6.3kV, 6.6kV, and 11kV available upon request). It is designed for indoor applications where fire safety, moisture resistance, and continuous voltage regulation are essential. The transformer features vacuum-cast epoxy resin insulation, providing excellent flame retardancy and pollution resistance. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel, and low-voltage windings use copper foil conductors. Equipped with a vacuum on-load tap changer and automatic voltage controller, it can regulate voltage under load without interrupting power supply, making it suitable for grids with frequent voltage fluctuations. Typical applications include large industrial facilities, commercial complexes, data centers, substations, and other indoor locations where fire safety, reliable power supply, and stable voltage output are essential.

On-Load Tap Changer (OLTC)

Equipped with a vacuum on-load tap changer, the transformer regulates voltage under load without interrupting power supply. Ideal for grids with frequent voltage fluctuations and critical load applications where continuous power supply is essential. The tapping range is 35±4×2.5% (9 positions).

Vacuum-Cast Epoxy Resin

High and low voltage windings are fully impregnated in F-class epoxy resin under vacuum conditions, providing excellent flame retardancy, moisture resistance, and pollution resistance. The transformer is maintenance-free and suitable for indoor installation, including basements, tunnels, and other enclosed spaces.

Low Loss Design & Smart Control

Designed with low-loss SCBZ18-level core and winding. Actual measured losses are typically lower than reference values, and detailed test data can be provided upon request. Can be equipped with an automatic voltage controller for real-time voltage monitoring and automatic tap position adjustment, with communication interfaces reserved for integration into plant monitoring or smart distribution systems.
