The SCB18-3150/35 is a three-phase, two-winding dry-type power transformer with epoxy resin casting and an off-circuit tap changer, rated at 3150kVA and 35kV on the high-voltage side. It is designed for indoor applications where fire safety, moisture resistance, and maintenance-free operation are essential. The transformer features vacuum-cast epoxy resin insulation, providing excellent flame retardancy and pollution resistance. Designed with SCB18-level low-loss core and winding. Compared with conventional models, no-load loss is significantly reduced, delivering energy savings over the transformer's service life, especially for continuous light-load applications such as data centers and commercial buildings. Actual measured losses are typically lower than reference values, and detailed test data can be provided upon request.

Vacuum-Cast Epoxy Resin

High and low voltage windings are fully impregnated in F-class epoxy resin under vacuum conditions, providing excellent flame retardancy, moisture resistance, and pollution resistance. The transformer is maintenance-free and suitable for indoor installation, including basements, tunnels, and other enclosed spaces.

Low Partial Discharge & Strong Short-Circuit Withstand

Optimized insulation structure and copper foil low-voltage windings ensure low partial discharge and strong short-circuit withstand capability. The transformer maintains stable operation under continuous load with a long service life.
